Position Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Transformation Coach / Agile Transformation Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, regional, and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a senior transformation leader with strong Agile coaching, executive stakeholder management, organizational change, and large-scale/global transformation experience.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager role . The candidate must be capable of independently leading transformation initiatives, coaching executives and operational leaders, establishing transformation strategy and governance, and working across complex global organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, Agile transformation, organizational change, or large-scale business transformation .
• Significant experience leading and influencing multiple transformation programs simultaneously .
• Strong hands-on Agile coaching experience across teams, programs, executives, and senior leadership.
• Hospitality, hotel brand, travel, or comparable consumer-facing enterprise experience strongly preferred.
• Direct experience working with hotel operations, property leadership, corporate teams, or similar operational environments .
• Experience working within or supporting a Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) .
• Experience developing Agile maturity models, transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating models, and success metrics .
• Strong experience with change management and organizational development .
• Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and senior business leaders .
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills.
• Strong program/project management experience, including management of risks, dependencies, milestones, governance, and deliverables .
• Experience working across global organizations, international cultures, and multiple geographic regions .
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and navigate complex, highly matrixed environments.
• Experience coaching leaders and teams through organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
• Experience mentoring Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, transformation practitioners, or change agents.
• Recognized Agile/coaching certification such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Professional , or similar recognized credential.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, transformation reporting, presentations, and visualization materials .
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and visualization platforms.
• Understanding of Generative AI and emerging technologies , including practical enterprise applications such as AI-assisted workflows, knowledge management, decision support, productivity improvement, and business process transformation.
• Ability to work effectively across corporate, technology, business, and operational/property teams.
