Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper, you will maintain accurate financial records that support the organization’s daily operations across locations. You will reconcile accounts, ensure transactions are recorded to the correct location, and provide reliable data that stakeholders use to make operational and financial decisions. Work model: Onsite (Port Richey). Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team Record income, expenses, and financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks Online. Maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. Verify transactions are recorded correctly and attributed to the proper location. Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records on a regular basis. Identify, investigate, and correct discrepancies in a timely manner. Perform clerical and administrative duties to support accounting operations. Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working with spreadsheets. Proficiency with computers and accounting software. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools.
