What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Current licensure as an Audiologist
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to best practices in hearing health

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and screenings for students
• Develop and implement individualized plans to support students with hearing challenges
• Consult with teachers and school staff regarding accommodations and assistive technology
• Maintain detailed records and provide ongoing progress reports
• Provide guidance and education to staff and families on hearing loss and management strategies
• Stay current with emerging audiology practices and school compliance standards
