Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Federal Way, WA

This opportunity provides valuable professional growth through daily collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and seasoned clinicians, exposing you to innovative therapy approaches and leadership styles. You'll serve adult and geriatric patients recovering from significant injuries or illnesses, expanding your clinical expertise and resume with hands-on experience in a renowned rehab center.


Schedule/Hours:

• Primarily Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• Occasional weekend rotation (one per month) with a comp day off during the week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid SLP license
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly required
• Familiarity with CVA/neuro diagnosis and treatment
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfort working with adult and older adult populations
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language, communication, and swallowing therapies
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain patient caseloads of approximately 6.5 sessions per 8-hour day
• Work effectively with diverse healthcare teams
• Document in electronic health records (EHR)
