Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity supports your growth as you work with a caseload of approximately 45+ students, supported by a national network and dedicated clinical advisory resources.

Qualifications:

• Active WA SLP license with ESA certification (or eligibility)
• Recent fingerprints completed through OSPI (within 2 years)
• Open to SLPs holding their CCC or those pursuing CFY
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for collaborating with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of communication, speech, and language difficulties
• Document findings and communicate the educational impact of speech/language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services
• Maintain detailed progress reports and collaborate with school staff and families
