EverSpan Life is opening two longevity and functional medicine clinics in greater Phoenix — one in Phoenix, one in Peoria — and we're hiring the person who will fill them before the doors open.

This is a build. You create all of it alongside operations and marketing, then run it. You'll build the founding-member base ahead of launch so week one has volume instead of a ramp, and you'll sell our national telehealth membership of EverSpan Life on its own to people who never walk into a clinic.

It's a field role. You'll be out in the market — concierge practices, gyms, med spas, wealth advisors, private clubs, community events — building relationships that produce members month after month. If you want a system handed to you, this isn't it. If you want to build the system, it is.

This role also includes a bonus incentive plan. The more members driven into the system, the better you do.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Build the greater Phoenix referral network from zero: concierge and primary care practices, med spas, boutique fitness and performance gyms, chiropractic and physical therapy, dental, wealth advisors, and private clubs

• Own partner relationships past the first handshake — set touch cadence, co-marketing where it makes sense, referral volume tracked partner by partner

• Build and convert the founding-member pipeline before either clinic opens, then run the consult-to-close in the clinic: tour, discovery, plan selection, enrollment

• Sell our telehealth membership on a regular cadence — inbound, outbound, partner-sourced, and prospects outside clinic range

• Turn field demand into clear marketing briefs, review creative and copy with substantive feedback, and name the collateral gaps early

• Build and run the annual calendar of open houses, partner nights, and community activations for both clinics — logistics, materials, follow-up, and cost per lead

• Keep every lead, partner, and opportunity current in CRM; weekly pipeline review with operations and monthly reporting on adds, sources, conversion, and acquisition cost

• Hand off cleanly to the care team so a member who signs gets onboarded well

Qualifications:

• Three or more years selling memberships, packages, or high-touch services direct to consumers — health, wellness, fitness, med spa, concierge or direct-pay medicine, or hospitality. Recurring-revenue membership models strongly preferred

• A real greater-Phoenix network and genuine appetite for in-person outreach

• Track record of building a territory or a location from zero; pre-opening background is a significant plus

• Fluent enough in marketing to write a brief, judge creative, and hold a team accountable — without needing to be the designer

• Able to talk credibly about lab testing, biomarkers, and clinician-led care without overclaiming or drifting into medical advice

• CRM-disciplined, with forecasts that hold up

• Comfortable being measured — and comfortable helping define what gets measured, since none of it exists yet

• Willing to work events, evenings, and weekends when the calendar calls for it. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Helpful, not required: functional medicine, longevity, diagnostics, or pharmacy background; multi-location or multi-brand sales; event marketing.
