Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Develop and strengthen customer relationships by understanding operational challenges and identifying opportunities to improve safety, productivity, reliability, and overall plant performance through technical solutions. Adopt a customer-first mindset by partnering with customers to achieve their production, maintenance, and optimization objectives, building long-term trust that supports sustainable business growth. Lead regional customer engagement and market development initiatives to enhance brand presence, strengthen partnerships, and increase awareness of Tega's technical capabilities, products, and services. Maintain regular engagement with customers to address operational issues, provide technical guidance, understand evolving business needs, and identify opportunities where Tega can add value. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Service, and Operations teams to provide responsive technical support, deliver reliable solutions, and promote consistent on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending practical and innovative solutions that improve operational outcomes while supporting mutual long-term success. Achieve the Sales budget for the role as assigned by the company. Educational Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Mining, Science, or a related discipline preferred. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given equal consideration. Educational qualifications will not be a limiting factor for individuals with proven hands‑on experience and a strong track record of success. Practical, field-oriented, and results-driven candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Equivalent industry experience in mining, mineral processing, equipment maintenance, asset management, or related sectors will be duly considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications. Work Experience Knowledge & Skills Required Flair for Sales Function, Installation, Collection & Customer Satisfaction. To be hands on at site for measurement, application study & inspection. Good Communication, Analytical & Innovative thinking, Aggressive & Result oriented. Preferably Worked In Candidate should have prior experience with Mining industry & existing business network.
