I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and have been proud to serve the community ever since. As a Panhandle native, I love helping local families and businesses protect what matters most while building lasting relationships within the community. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and am a proud wife and boy mom. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead my agency and support both our customers and team members. I stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Crestview Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting local events and organizations that help strengthen our area. Our agency offers health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Woodham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
