I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 and have been proud to serve the community ever since. As a Panhandle native, I love helping local families and businesses protect what matters most while building lasting relationships within the community.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and am a proud wife and boy mom. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead my agency and support both our customers and team members.

I stay actively involved in the community as a member of the Crestview Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting local events and organizations that help strengthen our area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Woodham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
