About the Company

Our organization specializes in small-run, custom LED products, where quality and attention to detail are paramount. This role involves soldering and assembling various LED components, as well as working on mechanical sub-assemblies with acrylic and aluminum frames-all aimed at delivering outstanding, custom-built products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-Soldering: Precision soldering of LED components, wiring, connectors, and electronic assemblies according to exact specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure soldering work meets industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Assembly Work: Support the mechanical assembly of acrylic and aluminum frames, sub-assemblies, and final product assembly.
• Documentation: Read and accurately follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, wiring schematics, and production documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the production team to ensure smooth workflows and timely product delivery.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in precision hand soldering with a proven track record of quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics .
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of assembly processes, including working with materials like acrylic and aluminum.
• Previous experience in LED or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-moving production environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
