Bilingual Healthcare & Benefits Case Manager

DeafHealth seeks a dedicated Case Manager to deliver hybrid case management for DeafHealth’s CareLine and related programs. You will guide clients from intake to resolution, support enrollment in Medicaid/CHIP/Marketplace, and coordinate with partners to ensure timely services. The role requires strong ASL and English communication, ability to manage a caseload, and collaboration with staff across departments.
