Caritas of Austin seeks an Espero Rutland Case Manager to deliver permanent supportive housing services for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will assess eligibility, provide intensive case management, and coordinate access to mental health and substance use services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
