Construction Laborer

Pitbull Construction, Inc. is growing and looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join our residential construction team in the Sioux Falls area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, want steady year-round work, and are interested in building a career in the construction industry. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the team. Compensation & Benefits $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime paid after 40 hours Paid holidays Christmas bonus Year-round local work Immediate openings available Responsibilities Assist framing crews with residential construction projects Load, unload, and move building materials Prepare and organize job sites Assist with wall framing and roof construction as directed Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform general labor and construction duties as assigned Qualifications Construction experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry construction materials Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset We are willing to train the right candidate.
