Direct Support Professional

Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Parkesburg, PA Pay Rate: $16.25 - $18.25 per hour (Enhanced Pay option available) Shifts available: Mon 3pm-10pm, Thurs and Fri 10pm-8am, Sat 10pm-10pm Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Parkesburg, PA. If you are a caregiver, direct care worker, home health aide or have always wanted to be one, we are hiring immediately! No experience required – we provide paid training. Your work will be performed under the supervision of the House Manager, who will review results through living area observation, resident responsiveness, inspections, reports, and periodic meetings. You will assist with daily and personal activities, help people reach their fullest potential, and foster independence. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license. Experience working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred. Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential. Ideal Candidate Strong desire to create long-term impacts and mentor individuals. Enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
