The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.**As a Customer Service Representative, you will:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquires and resolving issues.* Be required to support customer or agency audits.* Create and maintain a professional, friendly, courteous and helpful relationship with internal and external customers.* Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status request, complaints, product returns, and warranties.* Utilize relationships with internal production and purchasing staff seek out answers for customers* Work collaboratively with the rest of the Customer Service team to manage company backlog* Read and review customer purchase orders and transfer details to internal sales orders in a timely manner.* Notify the customer of any discrepancies on the purchase order after comparing to the quote.* Review all exports for compliance in accordance with EAR and ITAR regulations.**Main Qualifications and Requirement:*** 3+ years of experience in customer service within the aerospace industry* Minimum high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite* Prior experience with Airline customers and OEM's is desired.* Ability to work independently and make good decisions with minimal direction* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Have knowledge of Aerospace industry parts sales* Self-motivating, Positive Attitude, Customer Oriented, Ability to perform job without direct supervision**Our Benefits:*** Comprehensive medical insurance* Competitive PTO* Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution* Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)* Flexible working arrangements* Paid volunteering opportunities* Access to mental health champions across our sites* Commitment to development* Employee referral program**#LI-Onsite, #LI-RD1***EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran***Compensation Pay Range**$28-$36*Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.**Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
