You'll own test infrastructure, mentor others, and embed quality practices throughout the engineering lifecycle.LocationOur company headquarters are in Austin, TX, but our employees work remotely across the US. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!Please note: at this time we are not able to hire in California or Massachusetts.What You'll DoDesign and own automated test frameworks across functional, integration, and end-to-end testingLead test strategy and planning for major product releases in collaboration with Engineering and ProductMentor junior quality engineers and help elevate quality practices across the teamIntegrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage and reliabilityTrack quality metrics, surface trends, and drive systemic improvements in defect preventionContribute to quality engineering standards and tooling decisionsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automationExpert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or PlaywrightProficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScriptStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflowsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindsetWhy Work Here?When we say "All Stripes Welcome," we mean it.
