Assistant Account Manager - Fine Art

Brown & Brown is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our growing team!

The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for preparing and issuing certificates of insurance, providing billing and accounting support, and maintaining policy documents, correspondence, renewals, endorsements, surplus lines calculations, and affidavits in Applied Epic. Additionally, the role maintains team resources and collection schedules, prepares weekly expiration and book-of-business reports, updates prospects, opportunities, and dashboards in Salesforce, coordinates meeting notes and team calendars, and provides general operational support to the Fine Art Practice.

How You Will Contribute:

• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, file completed documents, and update master templates in the data management system.
• Provide accounting support by preparing billing forms, generating and sending invoices, responding to accounting questions, and assisting Account Managers with aged receivables.
• Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, including filing correspondence and policy documents, processing renewals and endorsements, and preparing surplus lines calculations and affidavits.
• Maintain the team’s resource database, including industry contacts, carrier appetites, benchmarking summaries, representative client lists, team contact information, submission templates, and claims reports.
• Reconcile and maintain collection schedules.
• Prepare and distribute weekly expiration and book-of-business reports, along with additional reports as needed throughout the year.
• Add new prospects to Salesforce, update opportunities, and maintain dashboards for Fine Art leaders.
• Attend weekly team meetings and record and distribute meeting notes.
• Maintain the Fine Art team calendar and external contact cards.
• Provide IT coordination and general operational support for the team.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid Property & Casualty broker’s license preferred; candidates must be able to obtain the license within 90 days of hire.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

• Two or more years of client management or administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with the Applied Epic data management system preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, triage requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
