Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will be an experienced accounting professional responsible for overseeing revenue accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements while supporting a growing organization. Responsibilities Manage the monthly revenue close process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of multiple revenue streams Oversee the end-to-end revenue accounting process, including billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting analyses Analyze revenue trends and other key business drivers to identify variances, risks, and opportunities Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making Ensure revenue activity is accurately reconciled across operational and financial systems and properly reflected in the general ledger Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, support business initiatives, and drive process improvements Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance requirements Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification strongly preferred 5+ years of experience in accounting, revenue accounting, or a related financial role in the financial services industry Prior leadership or management experience Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and internal controls Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Why Consider This Opportunity?
