Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. (Required)
• Demonstrated ability with restorative nursing programs, functional mobility training, and ADL-focused therapies. (Required)
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems commonly used in post-acute care, such as PointClickCare or similar. (Preferred)
• Experience managing caseloads that include patients with complex comorbidities, dementia, or post-acute orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. (Preferred)

• Shift: Days.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
