Shift Manager - Lead Guest Experience & Team Training
Subway
Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Indiana location. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff scheduling, while cascading training to Sandwich Artists on new responsibilities. You will also supervise staff, ensure proper equipment operation, and handle paperwork as needed. The role may vary by location with full-time or part-time options and various shifts.
