Carpenter/Cabinet Maker | North Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join a growing fabrication and production team in North Las Vegas, NV. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, cabinet making, woodworking, lamination, measuring, and shop fabrication who is comfortable working independently and producing accurate, quality work.

Candidates with finish carpentry, cabinet assembly, millwork, woodworking, or general shop experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for skilled carpenters as well as experienced carpenter helpers who are confident using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general shop carpentry, woodworking, and fabrication duties.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and related materials.
• Build and assemble cabinets, components, and custom fabricated pieces.
• Perform lamination and cabinet-making tasks.
• Accurately use a tape measure, square, and other measuring tools.
• Safely operate table saws, drills, hand tools, and power tools.
• Read measurements and basic project specifications to complete work accurately.
• Perform cabinet assembly, installation, finishing, and general woodworking as assigned.
• Work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect completed work for proper measurements, fit, finish, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpentry, cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, finish carpentry, or a related trade.
• Comfortable working with table saws, drills, tape measures, squares, and common carpentry tools.
• Ability to accurately measure materials and make precise cuts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to perform physical shop work throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full Monday-Friday schedule.

Preferred:

• Cabinet building, cabinet assembly, or lamination experience.
• Experience with custom cabinetry, furniture building, display fabrication, exhibit fabrication, construction carpentry, or cabinet installation.
• Own basic tools such as a drill, square, and tape measure.

Pay

$22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
