Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and record symptoms and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate a comprehensive care plan.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment as required.
• Ensure all clinical procedures are conducted safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience.
• Experience must include neuro or CV.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Ability to titrate drips and interpret telemetry strips independently.
• Strong understanding of trauma, neuro, and specialty devices.
• BSN required; valid state RN license.
