Production Operator - Contract To Hire
A company in the energy renewable industry is seeking a dedicated Production Operator in the area of Pendergrass, GA . This role is essential in ensuring efficient operation of automated pack assembly lines, contributing to a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in manufacturing.

Pay Rate of the Production Operator:
$21.00 - $25.00/hr

Schedule/Hours:
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Production Operator:

Operate automated production equipment in accordance with SOPs and standardized work instructions.
Perform material loading/unloading, barcode scanning, and basic assembly tasks.
Record production data accurately, including output, downtime, and abnormalities.
Monitor equipment status during operation, perform basic troubleshooting for minor issues, and escalate unresolved problems promptly.
Conduct basic in-process self-inspection (appearance, labeling, and assigned checks).

Qualifications of the Production Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing experience preferred (automated line experience is a plus).
Ability to follow SOPs and standardized work instructions consistently.
Basic ability to identify and report equipment abnormalities.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and safety awareness.
