Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients health status and establish individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to identify arrhythmias and other abnormalities.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care and condition updates.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information, clinical observations, and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms, providing immediate interventions as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 2 years of recent telemetry or cardiac nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Hold current ACLS certification; NIH certification is required.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong assessment skills and a thorough understanding of cardiac rhythms and telemetry equipment.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
