Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday Overtime as needed Responsibilities Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and machinery Ability to operate a variety of aerial lift equipment & related tools Service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and manufacturer standards Maintain service records and documentation Coordinate repairs with shop supervisor and parts department Operate company service vehicle safely Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with clean MVR 3 years of experience in equipment repair or mechanical service Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and on a team Physical Requirements Working in indoor and outdoor environments Exposure to shop chemicals, grease, oils, and equipment noise Lifting up to 100lbs occasionally Climbing, kneeling, bending, & standing for extended periods Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Disability insurance Bonus program Training and career development Job Details Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6AM – 5PM | Overtime Available Work Location: In person | Forest Lake, MN #J-18808-Ljbffr Duke Rentals
