Veterinary Client Service Representative

Veterinary Client Service Representative Responsible for client services at the PARC Vet in Fort Worth, Texas, a 24/7 animal hospital. Manage front‑desk operations, client relations, scheduling and financial responsibilities. Experience & Skills Requirements 1 year experience in veterinary medicine and customer service preferred. Knowledge of veterinary triage highly preferred. Excellent communication, team orientation, multi‑tasking ability. Ability to handle difficult situations, basic accounting, cash handling. Must work rotating weekends, holidays and nights. Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, positive attitude. Open availability and enthusiasm for growth. Role Responsibilities Greet clients and pets, assist new clients with registration, provide wait‑time information. Answer non‑medical inquiries and maintain client relationships through phone, email and faxes. Schedule appointments, in‑office diagnostics, coordinate with referring staff. Create appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments. Update and maintain computer client and patient records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, reception, waiting areas and exam rooms. Ensure financial responsibilities met: review charges, reconcile cash drawer and reporting. Mentor and support team members as needed.
