Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent

Description We're looking for a talented, professional buyer's agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. • Meet with prospective buyers and sellers through appointments provided by the team.
• Learn and apply proven scripts, CRM workflows, and lead follow-up systems
• Guide buyers through property tours, market education, and the home-buying process.
• Collaborate with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes
• Track activity and performance metrics; participate in regular coaching sessions Qualifications What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)
• Active real estate license in Texas OR actively pursuing licensing and committed to completion
• Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for a sales career
• Good communication skills and professional presence
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for local appointments
• Willingness to attend training and follow team systems Nice-to-Haves
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Basic familiarity with technology tools
- In-person appointments provided (avg. 3-5/week)
- Dedicated mentor, ongoing live training
