Healthfirst is seeking a Grievance Specialist to manage member-initiated grievances across Medicare, Medicaid, CHPlus, SHP, QHP, EP, and CompleteCare. This non-clinical role focuses on thorough investigations and timely, compliant resolutions. The position is 100% remote with EST business hours. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address issues, document cases, and meet regulatory requirements, while advocating for members throughout the full case lifecycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthfirst
