What You'll Do Drive Enterprise Strategy: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning, translating business objectives into measurable financial outcomes. Partner with Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team, providing insights that influence strategic and operational decisions. Accelerate Business Performance: Develop meaningful KPIs, executive dashboards, and performance management frameworks that drive accountability, profitable growth. Optimize Capital Allocation: Support liquidity planning, cash flow optimization, strategic investments, financing alternatives, and M&A opportunities. Influence Commercial Strategy: Partner across Loyalty, Travel Clubs, Retail Travel, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate pricing, profitability, investments, and growth initiatives. Transform Finance Through Technology: Champion automation, advanced analytics, AI, and modern financial planning tools to improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making. Engage with Key Stakeholders: Support Board reporting, lender communications, private equity stakeholders, and strategic financial initiatives. Build an Exceptional Team: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization that combines analytical rigor, business partnership, and a continuous improvement mindset. What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership responsibility in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance. Proven ability to influence executive leadership and translate financial analysis into strategic business decisions. Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience operating in complex, multi-business-unit organizations; private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred. Strong understanding of financial performance management, capital allocation, cash flow, and enterprise value creation. Advanced proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence, and analytical tools. A genuine interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to modernize the finance function. Outstanding communication skills, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred. What Sets You Apart You're not content simply reporting what happened.
