Client Overview Our client, a property accounting firm in the Florham Park Area, is growing rapidly and hiring for a Property Accountant to join their team! Salary/Hourly Rate $135 - $150k Position Overview The Property Accountant will join an existing team of 8 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities. Responsibilities Manage the property and tax return accounting. Assist with the month and quarter-end close. Process the CAM reconciliations monthly. Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary. Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing. Required Experience/Skills 6+ years of experience and strong commercial real estate experience. Proficiency in Excel and Yardi. Team player approach. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred. Benefits Client-provided benefits available, upon eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atrium
