Patient Coordinator

At Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, the Patient Coordinator is more than a front desk role — you are the first impression and a key part of creating a calm, welcoming experience that helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. This person will have a a strong focus on patient accounts receivable, including patient billing, collections, payment follow-up, and resolution of outstanding balances.
