Summary Provide exceptional client service and deliver a luxury in-store experience at The Forum Shops in Las Vegas. Build and maintain client relationships through personalized product guidance and follow-up to drive sales and loyalty. Represent the brand with professional presentation and product expertise. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding, personalized service to clients on the sales floor and by appointment. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs. Develop and maintain a client book, including proactive outreach and follow-up. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and provide tailored styling recommendations. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are upheld. Requirements 2+ years retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Strong product knowledge or a quick aptitude for learning luxury merchandise. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
