System Support Specialist

Position Overview Seeking a Systems Support Specialist II with 3–5 years of desktop support experience to provide hands‑on technical support in a Microsoft environment. This role will support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and image devices, manage user accounts, and assist with IT asset management. Responsibilities Provide Tier II desktop and technical support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues. Image, deploy, and configure laptops and desktops. Set up new users, devices, mobile phones, and tablets. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments. Manage support tickets and document resolutions. Assist with inventory and asset management. Qualifications 3+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and device deployment. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday. Preferred: Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments and familiarity with Azure/Entra ID, Exchange, and endpoint management tools.
