What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient health status and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care planning
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care activities

What You Need

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1-year Med Surg experience preferred
• Strong patient care skills and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work dayshift schedule
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in a hospital setting with a 20-34 bed unit
• Familiarity with patient ratios of approximately 1:6
