• Exercise critical thinking and judgment in emergency situations
• Manage time effectively to meet patient needs and documentation requirements

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Massachusetts (MA) license or IMLC license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in community/home health nursing
• Ability to operate an automobile in various weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours and accept on-call duties

Preferred:

• Experience working independently in community settings
• Ability to supervise others
• Knowledge of patient education and health promotion
