Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies effectively
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Support patients and families through compassionate communication

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license and temporary nursing service agency license
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule

• Experience in a similar medical-surgical or ICU setting
