The Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide informed advice. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements. Advise clients on their rights and obligations under applicable laws. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in employment law cases and other matters. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications. Qualifications Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in litigating cases and handling legal administrative tasks. Strong skills in legal drafting and writing clear, persuasive documents. Knowledge of and experience in employment and labor law Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
