Production / Operations Manager | ~$120K Base + Bonus | Onsite, San Diego (Carmel Mountain / Poway)
Our client is looking for a Production / Operations Manager to lead day?to?day manufacturing operations across a multi?shift production environment. This role will oversee frontline leaders and drive operational performance, efficiency, and accountability on the production floor. This position is ideal for a hands?on manufacturing leader who is comfortable in machining?heavy environments, understands shop floor dynamics, and can stabilize and elevate team performance. Who You Are:

5-7+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience in a production environment
3+ years managing supervisors or frontline leaders in a multi?shift operation
Experience working in machining, CNC, or similar industrial manufacturing settings
Strong understanding of production metrics, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs
Comfortable operating in regulated environments with exposure to quality or compliance standards

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily production operations across multiple shifts to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met
Lead, coach, and hold supervisors accountable for performance, safety, and team engagement
Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to efficiency, quality, and on?time delivery
Partner with cross?functional teams to resolve production issues and support operational goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, process optimization, and workforce effectiveness
Maintain a visible, hands?on presence on the production floor to support teams and reinforce accountability

Compensation
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is approximately $120,000 base salary plus bonus .
Please note this is an estimate. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
