Are you a seasoned change management and communications expert looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead change management and communications within our Project Delivery organization. This role will ensure alignment with the organizational change management framework used in J&J E&PS, focusing on capturing change impacts and developing strategic plans for successful organizational change and engagement.
As a Communications Specialist, you will develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, collaborate with global and regional leadership teams, and work alongside external partners to ensure successful program readiness and go-live. Your ability to navigate complexity, build relationships, and drive outcomes will be crucial to your success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead change management and communications strategies within IAD, aligning with J&J E&PS frameworks.
- Track and measure the success of change management initiatives and communications efforts.
- Develop and validate change impacts on employees and the business.
- Create mitigation plans for leader and stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
- Execute regional change management and communications strategies, including leadership action plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for program readiness and go-live.
- Adhere to JNJ and E&PS communications and branding guidelines.
- Lead regional engagement activities and support global E&PS Town Halls.
- Create newsletters and other content, interfacing with E&PS Strategy and functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in change management and communications.
- Strong management and technical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strategic focus with the ability to maintain tactical execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint on Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, program management, and organization.
Preferences
- Experience in business transformation and cross-functional project management.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
- Project management and reporting experience.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of project completion.
- Ability to coordinate within diverse organizations and teams.
