Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Skilled in individualized assessment, documentation, and IEP development
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Illinois SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Strong organization and time management skills for managing high school student caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students for a range of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student progress and communication strategies
• Foster a supportive, encouraging atmosphere for student success
