About the Role:
Join Window World of Westchester as an Install Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team in delivering top-notch window installation services. Be part of a company that values quality, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration in Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation process to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and coordinate installation schedules and team assignments.
• Conduct site inspections to verify project specifications and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor installation staff on best practices and techniques.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory and order materials as needed for installation projects.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/general contractors to resolve field hurdles and ensure customer satisfaction. Final walkthroughs for customers sign-offs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installation management or a similar role in the home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of window installation techniques and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Veteran a plus.
