Salary range: $125K - $185K

Location: Los Angeles, CA, Costa Mesa, CA, San Francisco

About this role

What will you be doing?

• Managing a caseload of complex personal injury defense matters (automotive, trucking, catastrophic injury, wrongful death)
• Handling all phases of discovery—propounding, responding, taking and defending depositions
• Attending court hearings and developing litigation strategy
• Participating in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Proactively managing client communications throughout the course of litigation

Key Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and self-starter mentality

Role responsibilities
