Senior Enrollment Representative

POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Supervisor, Enrollment to supervise, assist and direct the activities of the Enrollment Department, assuring eligibility requirements are met according to health plan’s policies and procedures and all contractual/regulatory requirements to include Center for Medicare Medicaid (CMS) requirements for Medicare. Ensures compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) related policies in regard to all aspects of operations within Member Services. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years college level work in business, health care administration or related work is required. Enrollment and Medicare experience preferred, health care resolving experience helpful but not required. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a health maintenance setting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community First Health Plans
