We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven marketing professional to lead all marketing activity across the USA and LATAM for Paladone and WeCool. This is a unique opportunity to own a region, influence strategy, partner with Sales and eCommerce teams, manage agencies and drive growth across multiple channels and markets. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing across the Americas region, work directly with senior stakeholders and play a key role in the growth of two ambitious international brands Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will lead marketing activity across the USA and LATAM regions, ensuring campaigns, content and partnerships support both commercial objectives and brand growth. This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll work closely with global marketing, sales, ecommerce, licensors, agencies and key retail partners to drive awareness, engagement and revenue growth. What You'll Be Doing Own and execute marketing activity across the USA and LATAM. Partner with Sales and eCommerce teams to support revenue growth. Adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs. Manage regional marketing plans, priorities and reporting. Social Media & Influencer Marketing Lead social media and influencer activity across key channels. Drive audience growth, engagement and brand awareness. Measure performance against KPIs and optimise activity. Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Support website growth and optimisation. Work with agency partners on SEO, PPC and digital marketing initiatives. Support product launches and promotional campaigns. Use insights and analytics to improve performance and ROI. PR, Content & Brand Activation Manage PR agencies and media relationships. Develop content supporting product launches and campaigns. Work with licensors, retailers and distributors on promotional initiatives. Increase brand awareness through impactful marketing activity. Agency Management & Reporting Own agency and supplier relationships. Set objectives, budgets and performance expectations. Track campaign performance, ROI and commercial impact. Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership. What We're Looking For Experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong B2B and B2C marketing experience. Experience supporting sales and ecommerce growth. Digital marketing, content, social media and email marketing expertise.Experience managing agencies and external partners. Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience within toys, consumer products, giftware, retail, wholesale or FMCG. Experience working with licensed brands. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, CMS platforms and marketing analytics tools. Experience operating across international markets.
