What You’ll Do Build relationships with prospective and current customers Help individuals and families understand insurance and financial service options Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, outreach, and lead follow-up Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage Prepare quotes, close sales, and manage policy renewals Provide ongoing customer service and process policy changes Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams as needed Contribute to office growth goals and participate in training and team meetings Uphold our standards of professionalism, integrity, and community-focused service What We’re Looking For A competitive mindset and strong work ethic Coachability and willingness to learn (we train the right person) Strong communication and people skills (confidence speaking with customers) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment Positive energy and high personal standards Comfort using technology (CRM systems, quoting tools, and common office software) Former athletes, sales-minded individuals, and highly motivated recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
