Exciting Opportunity for ER Nurses!

Job Description:

- Shift:
- Mid 3x12-Hour (13:00 - 01:00)
- Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:00)

- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience
- Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- PALS
- TNCC (preferred)
- California license in hand
- No DUI background hits

- Skills:
- Proficient in General Emergency Department care (Combined Adult/Pedi)
- Experience in Level I and Level II Trauma Centers
- Familiar with Paragon charting system (training will be provided)

- Patient Care:
- Engage with diverse patient age groups
- Experience with a daily census in a dynamic environment

- Floating Policy:
- Flexibility to float in rotation with staff
- Orientation provided to new units as per The Joint Commission standards
- No floating required for ER, L&D, Postpartum, and NICU units

- Training:
- Required courses:
- Assaultive Behavior and Fire Card courses onsite within 30 days of start date
- Course costs:
- Fire Card: $50
- Assaultive Behavior: $80

- Commitment:
- Adhere to RTO requirements submitted at the time of application
- Guaranteed hours with a contract lasting 91 weeks
