- Average 16 patients per day , allowing time for quality patient care \n
- Dedicated 1:1 nursing support for seamless workflow
- AI scribe eligible after six months to enhance efficiency \n

Recruitment Package

- Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential \n
- Sign-on bonus \n
- Long-Term Incentive (Choose One): Educational loan assistance over five years OR retention bonus over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement \n
- Monthly stipend available during residency \n
- CME and relocation reimbursement \n
- Generous time off: 30 days annually (with increases over time), 5 CME days, and 8 holidays \n
