Job Summary
At Hudson Springs Nursing and Rehab, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, helping them recover and return home safely.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and mobility exercises
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Ensure a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work closely with licensed nurses to deliver top-notch care and support
Requirements
- Current STNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
