Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hourResponsibilities:To coordinate and provide care to our hospice patientsTo calm, soothe and empathize with the strong emotions our patients and families are experiencingTo participate with a team of healthcare professionals in superior level of care for each patientTo address personal care needs and promote patients' comfort needsCollaborate on cases, involvement in interdisciplinary meetings, training and development and other organizational activitiesAssist with observing the patient along with documenting careRequirements:Certified Home Health Aide issued by the State Department of Public Health preferred andCertified Nursing Assistant Certificate issued by the State Department of Public Health requiredCurrent BLS/CPR certificationOne year aide experience required and one year of hospice experience preferredPossession of a valid California Driver's License, access to a reliable automobile and minimum car insurance coverageExcellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to efficiently use a computer, prior electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferredOpen to an occasional flexible schedule to work evenings or weekendsReliable transportation and comfort traveling throughout service areaApply today to become part of the Snowline family!Snowline Hospice is an Equal Opportunity Employer
