Westchester Country Club also has two large banquet rooms, conference facilities, member apartments, and guest accommodations.About This OpportunityWe are hiring full-time Stewards to join our Banquet Culinary Team. This position is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness of kitchen and kitchen equipment while following strict sanitation procedures.What You'll DoThis position is responsible for:Performing heavy cleaning of kitchen areaWashing dishes and potsThe removal and disposal of trashTransporting dishes and suppliesSweeping and mopping floorsMaintaining proper sanitary and safety proceduresPerforming proper procedures in operating, cleaning and changing chemicals in the dishwashing machines.The above list of essential job functions describes the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
