Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current, active licensure in the field
• Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, and high school preferred)
• Ability to conduct and interpret behavioral assessments
• Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, students, and families
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
• Effective communicator with a commitment to student growth

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Implement, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention strategies for individual students and classrooms
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support personnel to ensure best practices in behavioral support
• Provide professional development and ongoing coaching to school staff
• Collect and analyze data to inform program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
